青商信條來源
青商信條由比爾邦費德 (William Brownfield) 草擬，在1946年美國威斯康辛州 (Wisconsin) 密耳瓦基市 (Milwaukee) 舉行的美國青年商會全國大會中誕生。自此以後全球的青商會友，在分會、總會及國際性會議和活動中均會誦讀青商信條。
曾任俄亥俄州青年商會 (Ohio Junior Chamber) 會長及美國青年商會 (United States Junior Chamber) 總會副會長的比爾邦費德 (William Brownfield) 認為，青年商會應該有自己組織中的信條，他的靈感是因為對青年商會會友的真摯投入而產生的。他認為青年商會信條的宗旨是：以各種不同的方式為人類服務，並應從最基本的地方著手。
